How subscriptions and credit packs work
Subscriptions
Plans renew monthly. On every successful payment your account automatically receives the plan's monthly credits. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time — changes to payment methods and invoices are handled on the payment provider's secure portal (Dashboard → Billing → Manage payment & invoices).
We never store card numbers or other sensitive payment data. Only subscription references and statuses are kept on our side.
Credits
- Monthly credits arrive with each successful subscription payment.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases — credits from packs never expire.
- Every change is recorded in a transparent history in Dashboard → Credits.
FAQ
What happens when I cancel? Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Remaining credits stay on your account.
Can I get an invoice? Yes — invoices are available in the payment provider's portal.
